Exchange Policy

EXCHANGE POLICY

If your piece doesn’t feel like the perfect fit for you, you can request an exchange within 1–2 days after receiving your order.

 

Exchange Conditions

  • We do not offer returns or refunds
  • Exchanges are allowed only within 1–2 days after your estimated delivery date
  • Exchange requests made after this period will not be accepted

 
Exchange Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of sending the item back to Omré Atelier for exchange.
  • The re-delivery fee for the new item is also the responsibility of the customer
  • The re-delivery fee is the same as the original shipping cost

 
 

Processing Your Exchange

  • Once we receive your item, we will begin processing your exchange immediately
  • Your new piece will be shipped using the same delivery timeline as your original order:
  • Lagos: 7-10 working days
  • Outside Lagos (Nigeria): 10-15 working days
  • International: 15-20 working days

 
 

Important Notes

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
  • Items that have been altered or damaged will not be eligible for exchange
  • Please contact us and receive confirmation before sending back any item for exchange
  • Exchanges may not be accepted if the item does not meet our exchange conditions or timeline
